The purpose of these conditions is to define the terms of use, ordering, payment, and delivery between the website www.scar-studio.fr and the customer.

All products for sale on the website www.scar-studio.fr are offered subject to availability. The products available on the site are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, if errors or omissions have occurred in this presentation, .SCAR STUDIO cannot be held responsible. The photographs of the products offered may be retouched.

Placing an Order:

The customer can choose items from our catalog and add them to their "Cart." By clicking the "Checkout" button, the customer finalizes the order for the products in the Cart. The customer will then be asked to provide their data (including payment information). Before finalizing an order, the customer can view and modify the details of their order at any time. Validating an order constitutes acceptance of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use. If the customer does not agree with these terms, it will not be possible to order products on the website. Placing your order constitutes a sales contract between the customer and .SCAR STUDIO, subject to the availability of the ordered products. Right of Withdrawal:

According to Article L. 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, except for return costs. Liability:

.SCAR STUDIO is not responsible for any losses or damages that your purchases may suffer if they result from force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, space wars... declared by your country of residence), are attributable to the unforeseeable act of a third party, or are attributable to you.

If the customer's address is incorrectly provided, .SCAR STUDIO cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order.

Prices:

The prices of the products are displayed and billed in euros. For orders to countries outside the European Union, customs fees may be charged to the customer upon delivery.

Secure Payments and Personal Information:

Payment is due immediately upon ordering and is made by credit card through the secure system provided by the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe, Limited. The transmitted information is encrypted and cannot be read during transport over the network. Once the payment is initiated by the customer, the transaction is immediately debited after verification of the information. In accordance with Article L. 132-2 of the French Monetary and Financial Code, the commitment to pay given by card is irrevocable.

By providing their banking information during the sale, the customer authorizes the seller to debit their card for the amount indicated. The customer also confirms that they are the legal holder of the card to be debited and are legally entitled to use it. We have no access to your login credentials and credit card numbers. All transactions are secured using SSL encryption, ensuring the identity of the payment organization and the confidentiality of the data. We cannot accept installment payments. The personal information provided during the ordering process is kept and reserved only by .SCAR STUDIO to ensure the smooth running of our services.
